Production + Shipping Update 6

Hello hello, I'm so so happy to share some good news today!! After our USPS mailman took our FedEx shipment containing the Kickstarter pins by mistake, I spent the next week calling and visiting all of the locations in our area to see if they have any leads on where the package could have ended up. We finally found the package sitting abandoned in the staff room of a USPS post office :o It looked like whoever left it there had no intentions of redelivering it, but at this point I was so relieved that it was found, and in perfect shape no less!!
The remaining designs also came in shortly after~ Finally, all of the Kickstarter pins are at our studio. We've been busy quality-checking, taking pics, and prepping them for send-off!
This is a final call for address changes. Shipping will begin on Monday, 1/29/24. If you moved recently, please take a look at the address you submitted through the Backerkit survey and email us at [email protected] with your backer number and full name if you'd like to make a change.

Happy 2024 everyone! Unfortunately, the new year has started off on the wrong foot for us ;w; Read below for an account of what happened, but in summary our last manu package was lost in transit and we will be inspecting and shipping out what pins we do have (Luocha, Herta, Sampo, Kafka, March 7th, Himeko, Qingque, Sushang, Gepard, Serval, Blade, Silver Wolf, Jingyuan, Yukong, Fuxuan, Seele) first to minimize further delays.
On Friday, January 5th, the package sent by our manu through FedEx containing the remaining pins arrived at our studio. This happened to be minutes before our scheduled USPS package pickup. Before I could retrieve the pins, USPS had taken both them and the outgoing shop packages, despite the shop packages being in a designated USPS box!
We witnessed this incident through our front door Ring camera on Friday. Our usual USPS mail person was off for the holidays, so it was a replacement worker who accidentally took the package. We will be talking to our usual mail person once she's back to see if she recalls the identity of the other worker. We've also reached out to our local USPS office, who assured us that the package will make its way back into the mail stream eventually, but to be honest, I have little faith ;w;
To avoid further delays on this project, we've decided to give the situation just one more week before we reorder the pins. Unfortunately, this means if the package is unable to be recovered, the manu will likely not be able to finish the replacement batch until after CNY. In the mean time, we will be quality-checking the pins we received previously and working on fulfilling orders that only contain them.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a lovely holiday season! I'm happy to announce that production is wrapping up for the pins. Almost everyone is done; we're currently waiting on two final designs, Bronya and Caelus, who had wrong screen-print colors and are being revised. The manu will be sending all the pins to me together once Bronya and Caelus are complete. In the mean time, please enjoy these manu pics of the good boys and girls :>

Hello hello~ Some of the pins have finished production and have arrived at our studio. Our gold foil backing cards are also done!! Pompom is here to reveal who you pulled :>
Everything not pictured here is still in production; we're mostly revising some enamel colors and they should be done by early next month. Thank you for your patience and see you next update!!
